With a background in European Food Business and a focus on Food Science & Technology, she’s all about ingredient functionality and how food makes you feel. She cares about flavour, texture, and the science behind every spoonful creating functional, delicious products that fit seamlessly into your routine.

Our Story

  • Carenola began with a single message on LinkedIn and a deep dive into EU food laws that somehow turned into voice notes, shared spreadsheets, and an entire friendship built around oats, ingredients, and morning routines.

    We’re Michèle and Nilsu, two women who moved to the Netherlands on a gut feeling and ended up finding the perfect co-founder in each other. Different backgrounds, same mission: make breakfast smarter, simpler, and better for your hair.
